For example, a business may be approved for a $10,000 limit on a line of credit but only draw $2000 over a specified time. That means they will only pay interest on the $2000, not the full $10,000.

This means businesses can access the line of credit repeatedly without reapplying. This ongoing access can be especially appealing to small businesses managing start-up costs.
